Start with the work your team must do. Decide whether browser apps are enough or whether you need installed Office apps. Then compare the exact plan, storage rules and billing commitment. These three suites include different tools, so the lowest displayed rate does not settle the choice.

We compared official plan and product pages checked on November 2, 2026. We did not purchase or test these suites. Ratings in the reviews are editorial estimates, not measured performance or customer averages.

02
Does every Microsoft 365 plan include Teams?
No. Microsoft sells versions with and without Teams. Check the offer name and included licenses. The same check applies to Copilot: Copilot Chat and full Copilot in apps are different products.
03
Can I compare the listed prices directly?
Only after matching the required features and billing commitment. The Microsoft examples include named Copilot bundles, while the Google examples use standard business rates. Zoho requires a confirmed U.S. quote in this comparison.
04
Is shared storage the same as storage per user?
No. Google pools its published allowance across the organization. Microsoft lists a per-user allowance on the displayed offers. Zoho separates mail, retention and shared file storage, with team-size rules.
05
Can I mix cheaper email seats with full suite seats?
Zoho describes mixed Mail and Workplace plans on annual subscriptions. Its storage rules change for mixed plans. Ask for a quote that shows the seat types and resulting storage allocation.
