What is Verizon Fios & 5G Home?
Compare Fios fiber with Verizon’s 5G Home option. Fios offers plans from 300 Mbps to 5 Gig. Both include a router, but use different connection technologies.
Verizon sells Fios fiber internet and 5G Home Internet as separate residential services. Fios uses a wired fiber connection. 5G Home uses Verizon’s wireless network. An address check determines the available product and plans. Do not choose between them on the Verizon name alone: compare the upload speed, equipment, setup and full price for the service offered to your home.
